Dr. Art Malone Jr CHMN/CEO/Managing Member

Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. is an expert entrepreneur that has accumulated over 25 years of experience in different facets of business. His experience ranges from investing to advising both private and public companies on corporate structures and creating business opportunities to thrive.

 

AMJ Global Entertainment, LLC is just one of Dr. Arthur Malone’s companies, but is his primary focus at this time. Through his company, AMJ Global, LLC, Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. has built a clothing line, security company, and entertainment company which includes publishing and music distribution through Universal Music Group/Bungalo Records. Where Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. currently sits on Bungalo’s Record Advisory Board.

 

Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. currently has a significant shareholder stake in augmented reality companies Storbeey and Blabeey, Inc. He is now Chairman and CEO of Kange Corp. and has become Chief Advisor to several public and private companies since then. He was Principle Chairman and CEO of Songstagram Inc. in which he sold his equity interests to bBooth, Inc., a publicly traded company, and subsequently resigned in November of 2015. Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. also served as Chairman of Secured Data which became China Energy through a reverse merger which went to NASDAQ, upon this Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. resigned at the close of the merger. Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. was Advisor to Bob Stutman and Substance Abuse Technologies which traded on the AMEX before being acquired. And, in 1995 Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. was responsible for WavePhore raising 25 million from an investment that he introduced.
  

Dr. Malone's work and commitment to helping others allowed him to be awarded with the Key to the City of Brooklyn, New York along with a "City Council Citation". The Citation recognized Dr. Malone as someone who gives exemplary service to their communities through either personal achievement in their professional endeavors or through a lifetime of philanthropy and community service. He and his company AMJ are Committed to Helping others and is Evidenced by the Organizations he has Worked with through the Pandemic. He has worked with Elite Learners Inc. of Brooklyn New York and he has given away approximately 15,000 KN95 masks to other organizations. Some of the organizations that masks were donated to were: NAACP of Arizona, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, St. John’s Hospital of Oxnard, City Impact of Oxnard, and the Salvation Army.

 

Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. studied Criminal Law and Sociology at the University of Washington, where he also played football. Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. comes from a long line of professional football players. Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. himself played professional football but comes from the pedigree of being the son to Art Malone Senior, the nephew of Benny Malone and he is the older brother of Eric Turner.


Dr. Arthur Malone Jr. has built his Life around Excellence which can be seen by his background, he also is a man not only dedicated to Business but to his Faith; exemplified from his five years spent teaching at Channel Islands Bible College, where he also received, in honors, his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Theology graduating Summa Cum Lade, Two Master’s degrees graduating Cum Lade and a Bachelor’s degree graduating Cum Lade.


Rocky Wright FOUNDER / CTO

ROCKY WRIGHT Biography Rocky Wright is an award-winning software entrepreneur who has founded multiple technology companies and developed more than two dozen applications.Wright began his career in the 1990s in the medical arena working in all areas of cardiopulmonary physiology, including in technology, for hospitals including UCLA Memorial Hospital and USC Medical Hospitals. He was recruited by Thermo Electron, which provides pediatric ventilation services, to help save the lives of premature babies.

In 1999, Wright began down the path of entrepreneurship and developed a platform for web-based seminars and conferencing similar to the massively popular Zoom screen-sharing system, which was acquired by a company in the UK. He then began creating software solutions for companies to more effectively reach end users, and 2013, became the third largest double opt-in database owner in the nation with more than 90 million double opt-in users.

Wright has since created multiple award-winning platforms. His Qubeey application received recognition in PC World and MAC World magazines, among others, garnered the Best in Show award at SXSW show in Austin, Tex., and was voted editors’ choice for the best technology at the prestigious 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nev. His Songstergram app, founded in 2012, serviced all major record labels within the music industry, was followed by his Blabeey and Storbeey messaging platforms which remain in use by consumers and businesses to this day. Many more applications have followed.

Wright attended Texas A&M University, studying biological sciences. He furthered his education while serving four years in the U.S. Air Force, studying at the Health Science Center of the Air Force. He is a graduate of LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. Wright resides in Southern California with his wife and family.


Nicole Malone Advisory Board Member

Nicole Malone is Chief Operating Officer of AMJ Global Entertainment, LLC. In her position, she is responsible for developing pipeline relationships for AMJ Global, working with the team to help ensure that all projects are in alignment with the companies values and mission, as well as creating business strategy recommendations to the CEO. She utilizes her visionary perspectives and business management skills to help the expansion of the AMJ Global brand. Nicole Malone has been a part of the AMJ Global team since its founding and has worked her way up the corporate ladder. At one point serving as the SR. Vice President of Business Development.

 

Nicole Malone has always had a fondness for business and followed the pursuit of business education in and out of school. Outside of the classroom Nicole is self-taught in Web Design and is in the process of learning new computer coding, graphic design, animation, and video editing.  Inside the classroom Nicole Malone studied Business with an emphasis of Entrepreneurship and received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at California Lutheran University.

 

Nicole Malone has a heart to serve families of children with special needs. From this desire to serve, she has begun development of her own business venture - an online platform that will bridge the gap between parents and providers of children with special needs and of all types of disabilities.


Bob Stutman Advisory Board Member

Bob Stutman made a 25-year career as one of America’s highest profile drug busters. Bob, as head of the DEA’s New York office, the administration’s largest, had become so visible, a Colombian cartel had at one time targeted him for assassination.

Adrian Neilan Advisory Board Member

Masters in Machine Learning from Trinity College Dublin. Completed an MBA in 2001. Alumni of the London Business school after completing the Senior Executive Program. A distinction in digital business in 2018.

Joined Hewlett Packard in 1996 and became an IT Director in the Global Inkjet Manufacturing Business. He was responsible for many critical worldwide technology platforms and delivered process and product innovations across four worldwide high-technology manufacturing sites.

From 2007 to 2013 he was CEO of the Irish Greyhound Board. This is an Irish government-owned gaming and hospitality entity that supports over 10,000 jobs in the entire industry. From 2014 to 2019 Adrian was the Commercial Director of Trinity College and he grew annual operating profit to €28 million which represented an increase of 86% over 2013 levels.

Since November 2019 he works as Technology Investment Director & COO of Deepbridge Capital (130 portfolio companies, FUM £200m). Responsible for deal flow from incubator ecosystems, sourcing capital from retail, HNW, angel, and venture capital institutions, deal flow and selection, stewardship to enable the growth of investee companies and Moonshot Strategy Development.


Vern Barkdull Advisory Board Member

Vern Barkdull has been in the financial industry for over 25 years. He has multiple degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, UNLV. He holds insurance and securities licenses. Vern has been married for over 24 years to his high school sweetheart, has four amazing boys, ranging from elite athletes to life-altering artists.

Vern has a diverse background in the financial industry including Banking, Insurance, and Investments. He began his career in banking serving as the CFO of a credit union managing the corporate investments, ALM, and risk management. He then joined an investment banking firm as a partner focusing on M&A, Angel and assisting companies to move from the private to public sector. Vern then partnered with his family Insurance and Investment Brokerage Firm. The firm has several hundred insurance agents nationwide serving clients nationwide.

Vern enjoys helping others achieve their goals and giving back to the community. He is an Eagle Scout, currently volunteers with the local scout troop, is active in his church, runs Spartan races and completed his first marathon in 2022, and loves spending his free time with his wife and children.

  • Paul Sladkus is an environmentalist and humanitarian. Paul’s undergraduate degree was from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Connecticut and Masters was from Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut. Paul plays saxophone and piano. Paul is an Ordained Interfaith Minister and Certified Yoga Instructor. Paul is a proud Dad and Grandpa.


Roman Phifer Advisory Board Member

Roman Phifer enters his second season as Senior Personnel Executive with the Denver Broncos in 2022. He was hired by the club on May 18, 2021.

A 21-year NFL veteran as a player/coach/scout and a three-time Super Bowl-champion linebacker, Phifer spent the 2021 campaign assisting the pro and college scouting departments as a Senior Personnel Executive.

An assistant linebackers coach with the Broncos from 2009-10, Phifer re-joined the club after spending the previous three seasons (2018-20) with the Detroit Lions as West Coast Area Scout.

Prior to the NFL, Phifer worked as Director of Player Development at his alma mater, UCLA, from 2016-17 and oversaw all aspects of day-to-day player welfare and life skills. He also worked closely with the university's staff to monitor scholastic progress and was the primary facilitator for all Bruins football community outreach.

During his time with the Bruins, Phifer participated in a two-week scouting internship with the Lions in 2017. He joined the club full time prior to the 2018 NFL Combine.

An All-American linebacker at UCLA, Phifer was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the second round (31st overall) of the 1991 NFL Draft. He played eight seasons (1991-98) with the Rams before going on to play with the N.Y. Jets (1999-2000), New England (2001-04) and N.Y. Giants (2005).

A four-time Pro Bowl alternate (1995, 96, 2001, '03), Phifer was a part of three Super Bowl-winning teams with the Patriots (2002, '04-05). During his 15-year NFL playing career, Phifer appeared in 212 regular-season games (177 starts) and totaled 1,123 tackles (858 tackles), 29 sacks (181.5 yds.), 11 interceptions, 65 passes defensed, 12 forced fumbles and eight fumble recoveries. He added 42 tackles (30 solo) in nine career postseason games (7 starts).
